I was looking for this recipe b/c we loved it so much and I am shocked that I forgot to review it and upload the photos! This recipe is FANTASTIC! It is really hard to find a fish recipe that my DH2B will eat and enjoy and this one was perfect! It was so crispy and the crust was so flavorful! I love the fact that it is not fried. It is also a very pretty dish. I will make this again and again. Thanks Diva PotPie!

This was just excellent. Loved the flavor combination. I had some trouble getting the tops to brown nicely and ended up cooking it about 15 minutes longer than the recipe stated. I was afraid if I cooked it any longer it would be overdone. I agree that this would be a good coating for any white fish. Thanks for a great new fish recipe.

Excellent, Potpie! Used tilapia. Mine browned nicely and the Ranch Dressing really gives the fish a wonderful taste. Like this very much! THX for posting

Wonderful recipe! I saw Caroline Cooks photo in the photo forum and just knew I had to give this recipe a try DH and I both enjoyed this! My catfish fillets were a bit large so I baked mine alittle longer than recipe called for. Thanks so much for sharing this tasty recipe!

This is a great recipe--really enjoyed our tilapia last night. In fact, I cooked a couple extra fillets thinking they'd make good a sandwich for DH's lunch pail today---but we ate them all for supper! Thanks for posting this!

Great way to fix catfish without frying. Served with Tartar Sauce and Baked Hush Puppies. Even my child who normally turns his nose up at fish ate this. Will make again. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Excellent fish recipe! Love the flavor the ranch gives it! And the breading really stays on great. I made a fish sandwhich tonight to make a copy cat fish fillet from mcdonalds, and I think that with this fish it tasted better than mcdonalds! Great recipe! Made for ZWT 3!
