I made this for potluck using leftover Thanksgiving bird. Nobody said "turkey again!" I made the sauce using pepperjack for the monterey jack. I did leave off the tomato because of a few fussy eaters, but everyone enjoyed this. Though it doesn't say in the recipe, I cut the turkey into bite size pieces and crumbled the bacon and sprinkled it over the sauce for easier serving. Made for Alphabet Soup Game. Thanks for posting a keeper!

Hubby liked it, but it was too spicy for me. I would try it again with regular monterey jack.
