Hey Miller, yet another great recipe. The scallops were delicious. The blend of spices was very subtle, and didn't cover up the natural flavor of the scallops, just enhanced it. I know you don't like to hear this, but this is my new scallop recipe. I normally don't like scallops cooked at home, but these were very good. One note to others: watch the cooking time. If your scallops aren't huge, which mine weren't, shave off a few minutes of cooking time.

Excellent. I did alter this with a bit of Old Bay Seasoning as I like it with seafood. I also cut the cooking time down by 5 min or so as my scallops were not that large.

This was excellent. Perfect blend of spices, and the times were perfect to meld the butter to the scallop. I used sea scallops on "broil hi" setting...If they were smaller scallops I would lower the cooking time. But do not change the ingredients! They really made my wife (who does not like scallops) beg for more!

This recipe is FANTASTIC! When I flipped the scallops I hit them with a dash more of the spices other than that I followed the recipe as listed. Just as good as any restaurants.

Excellent! I needed something fast and easy for dinner, and this recipe was perfect. DH doesn't like scallops, and this recipe was was simple to scale down for one person. Next time I think I will use fresh garlic rather than garlic powder and maybe a little pepper (just my personal preference).

I used olive oil, no butter, I used sea salt, and a tad of cayenne. and put a little diced garlic on each one, and all O can say is DIVINE. I served them with a broccoli cheese rice, and everyone was asking for seconds. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

I was just looking for a broiling time for scallops that I had planned to just sprinkle with a purchased Greek seasoning, but when I came across this recipe I figured I'd put in a 'dash' more effort. I substituted a butter flavored spray to hold down calories and just drizzled a small amount of olive oil over the top. My scallops were huge, but I still cut broiling time down to 10 minutes on the first side and 4 on the second. I was afraid they might be overdone, but they were perfect! I'm a Czech who's a 'wanna be' Greek, but I really liked the change in seasonings. YUM!

I could not remember if I reviewed this or not. I used 1 lb of small bay scallops and broiled them at 450 degrees F. I cooked them for 10 minutes. These were incredible. I loved the flavor and the texture. They were over done, in fact they were just right. I can't wait to make them again. Thanks for a great recipe Miller.
