Without a doubt my husband's favorite foods in the world, hard boiled eggs, green onions, miracle whip, a little dry mustard and salt and pepper. He would give it a 10 star rating, the miracle whip and mustard and salt and pepper make this sandwich delicious!!! I use this same exact recipe except for the bread for my potato salad with the addition of potatoes of course. Thanks for posting, the recipes that are simple and I use all the time I never post and I am certainly glad you do.!

I made this for a roadtrip; I put the egg salad on bread and then threw it in the cooler. We added condiments and baby spinach right before we ate them. These were pretty good (my first attempt at egg salad), but my male counterparts thought they were a little bland. I added spicy mustard to the sandwiches and I thought they were great... after all, there were no survivors by the end of the trip! ---UPDATE--- I remade this with more green onions, s&p, and mustard. I also added a bit of spicy brown mustard and it was AWESOME!!!

Had these for supper last night with some soup. The difference between mine and this recipe is the mustard powder. Turned out really great with a nice flavour. I will add mustard in them every time I make them from now on. I love egg salad sandwiches. Thanks Chef Dee.

Delicious! I used mayo with a touch of vinegar and sugar in place of Miracle Whip. My DH and I both enjoyed this egg salad! Thank you Dee!

Great egg salad! I did use mayo instead of Miracle Whip and regular mustard for the mustard powder. Loved the green onions in it! This is the way I'm making my egg salad from now on.

Never made a egg salad sandwich before, but my husband LOVES them. I made this recipe, minus the green onions(substituted onion powder)and traded the miracle whip for mayo. Turned out DELICIOUS! Will be a keeper!

Little Bee stole my comments!
I have to say the exact same thing: So good! I love the addition of green onion. I used regular mayonaise but next time I will try the Miracle Whip. Thanks!

Made for the I Recommend Game. I've never cared for egg salad, but my husband loves it. I was out of Miracle Whip so I used Hellman's instead and also used a tad more mustard powder. I was so surprised that I actually liked this too. Finally a recipe that isn't bland and my hubby and I can both enjoy.

I was looking for a different egg salad to try on a tea sandwich that didn't have relish in it and I found yours. It worked out very well. It was moist without being to dry and had a nice flavor. The green onion was a new ingredient I haven't tried in a egg salad before. Nice touch. Thanks Chef Dee. Bullwinkle
