This was a nice and easy cake .My daughter baked the cake and my younger three helped with the mixing and the sprinkles. They enjoyed this activity since they are about a quarter Irish .Not alot of Irish on the Big island. Thanks so much,Mrssoupie.

Very pretty and surprisingly light! I did not use the topping though, because this was made for a fund raiser and needed to sit out on a table all day. This cake got off to a rocky start when I added it to my shopping list. When I got home from the store, I did not have eggs because step #1 says prepare according to package directions which means the cake preparation ingredients (eggs & oil) do not appear in the shopping list or in the nutritional panel. This is a flexible recipe. Think about black cherry jello in a white cake with white chocolate pudding in the topping. Thanks chef!
