These have a lovely, delicate flavour - a bit different, and not at all fishy. I used a 210 can of red salmon, the other ingredients as listed, and 28 crushed Jatz Lite (they're about the same size as Ritz) as the bonding agent. This gave me four good sized patties that held together nicely during cooking. We had them hot on a buttered, toasted hamburger bun with ketchup, and I kept a patty to try cold. While great hot, they're even tastier cold. Thanks for a quick and easy recipe I'm sure to make again!

I don't think I have ever made tuna patties before. These are very good. There was some chopped green onion in the fridge and I added that along with the other onion. I will make these again and next time I will try adding a few less corn flake crumbs, using all green onion and maybe some lime zest. A very nice change of pace. Update: Please serve these with tarter sauce. It makes a world of difference.

These were delicious! Even hubby, who's not particularly fond of tuna, loved these! They are easy to make, and even easier to eat! The hardest part was crushing the cornflakes, as I don't have a food processor, but other than that, these are a snap!! I love the fact that they are healthy too! I just can't say enough good things about this great recipe...thanks so much for posting this!!

Very good! I used oats whirled in a blender in place of the corn flakes. It worked well, but if I used them again I would not blend them quite so much, they got pretty fine which made the patties a bit dense. Other than that, they cooked up well and held together better than any fish cakes I've made. Pretty quick and simple too. I served them with a dill sauce. Thanks!

I think I used too many cornflakes, since I had a hard time forming the patties and keeping them together, but the taste was fantastic! My son gobbled them all up. I am not posting a picture as they don't look too pretty, but thank goodness 2 1/2 year olds don't care! Thanks for this easy lunch. Edited: I had to turn it to 5 stars. After working out the cornflake amount, this is my go-to recipe for a quick dinner for DS. THANK YOU!

I hate messing with crushing corn flakes, so instead I mixed a teeny tiny bit of hot water in some instant mashed potato flakes and used that as the bonding ingredient instead. It was super fast and gave them the potato-y flavor without making them mushy.

Tuna patties are something I grew up with but it's been ages since I made them. The corn flakes are new to me as is the lime juice. I made them the size requested in the recipe, used 1/2 a cup of Eggbeaters to replace the eggs and Omitted the dill (yuck). They cooked up moist and great tasting and help together very well. Even my DH enjoyed these. This is good even if you don't care greatly for fish.

Easy to assemble and great flavor! I used salmon and they were just delicious. Made for freezer tag 2008. Froze both the uncooked patties and cooked patties. Either way works very well. The uncooked ones are a little crumbly upon defrosting. They don't hold together as well as the cooked ones. Both tasted good after defrosting. Thanks for a great simple recipe!

I LOVE these!!! I double the recipe and polish them all off within 2 days. Probably would freeze well too, tho 'ive never had the occasion. I use matza meal instead of cornflakes and have tried regular flour with disasterous results (too mushy). Matza meal is perfect and I wouldnt use anything else. I replace the dill with cilantro or combine the two. Delish! A bit of pepper wouldn't hurt either. Lemon is fine...havent tried lime. Just squeeze half a lemon or less into the mix. Wonderful!

Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe! I used gluten free bread crumbs and pickle juice instead of lime and dill due to allergy but followed the recipe exactly other than that and they are fantastic! I don't like fish but they don't taste like fish at all so I loved these. Will definately make again and again.
