Great recipe! Used bagged cabbage/carrot mix and it turned out great. Quick, easy, and tasted similar to KFC's. I Served this with BBQ ribs and baked beans. Will make this again, Thanks

I made this for my husband's work while they remodel. They work overnight so this makes it simple for them to eat. I made it with Crockpot BBQ Chicken Sandwiches. Everyone loved it!

With a small adjustment to the recipe, I am giving this recipe 5 stars. DH and I LOVE wet slaw and this wasn't wet enough. So, I made more of the liquid base (but only half) and our slaw is perfect now. Additionally, we wanted some "bite" to it so we added some wasabi to it (2 tbs wasabi powder mixed with 2 tablespoons water). OMG! It was AWESOME, but DH thought we could have used more wasabi. Thanks for the great recipe.

Yum - this is exactly what I was looking for - a coleslaw on the sweet and creamy side. I think I may have put a tad more mayo (hard to measure exactly) and i substituted yogurt for buttermilk since I didn't have any on hand. I would definitely make again!

This one really turned out good, almost like the kfc coleslaw. i ws always trying to make coleslaw bt it never turned out this way. I liked it alot. Thanks a ton.

First time I made this I cut cabbage and carrots in my food processor very fine. Slaw was excellant! just like KFC. Then I made another batch and was short on time and used the already shreded cabbage and carrot mix. Not the same - very runny and flavor was close to KFC but not as good as my first batch. So I will stick to shredding it myself. Great Recipie!!!

I thought it was good coleslaw recipe, but I couldn't give it five stars, because it did not taste like "KFC Coleslaw" to me. Very good though. Will make again. Thanks for sharing.
