Well - let's do one word for this one - WOW! That's it! I placed all items into a gallon freezer bag, then added chicken, and let it marinate for 2 hours. Grilled the chicken, and served it alongside carrots piedmontese (#24156), zucchini ribbons w/ basil butter (#34110), swiss chard w/ feta cheese (#11548)...a fabulous meaal - and fairly low-carb. THIS is a keeper! I'm keeping this in mind for times when company comes on short notice - WONDERFUL - thank you!

Made this last night and LOVED it. Skewered small pieces of chicken with red and yellow peppers, served with Spinach and Feta Orzo, store-bought naan, tomato salad, with oranges sprinkled with cinnamon for dessert. It was fabulous and so easy!

Five Stars Mirj! This is just delicious. It isn't hot/spicy, but a tasty piquant/spicy. I marinated the chicken for about six hours during the day, sealed the fillets for a minute per side in a hot griddle pan and then baked in the oven for 30 mins at 325 degrees F. They came out amazingly moist and tender. The only thing I added was a squeeze of lemon and a little sea salt on serving. I served the chicken with brown rice and green beans. I will definately make this again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

oh mirj.......oh... I cant get over how delicious this chicken was. We had this for our 4th of July dinner yesterday. My family and I were just drooling over the wonderful flavors lol... I cut the chicken into strips and made kabobs out of it. I squeezed lime juice over them while grilling, several times, and the scent was just absolutely breath-taking while grilling. I brought the chicken into the house, and my family couldnt wait to dig in. Everyone loved it. We're having it again tomorrow hahaha. Thank you so much. I am going to send this recipe to everyone I know hehehe. I just cant get over how good this chicken is. If your other recipes are as good as this one, I am in for a treaaaaaaaaaaaat! lol BOY OH BOY!!! THanks again!!!

This made a delicious and exotic dinner served on a bed of warm, lemony couscous. I cut the chicken into 2" chunks, marinaded them for a couple of hours and then cooked them in the frypan - although this would be great done on the barbecue. Because I was cooking for two, I halved the amount of spices, but next time I'll use the full amount regardless of the quantity. A great recipe which I will use often for entertaining. Thanks Mirj!

AWESOME! I made this for my BF for Valentines dinner & I have never had so many compliments! I cut up the chicken breasts into 2" chunks then marinated & made kebabs w/ onion & mushrooms. Wonderful blend of herbs & spices each bite was heaven. Thanks Mirj!

I made this while head-cooking for about ~40 people one night, and it received rave reviews! I quintupled the ingredients and it still turned out just fine. I thought the taste was slightly reminiscent of Thai satay chicken, without the peanut butter flavor or the sweetness of the satay sauce.

Absolutely WONDERFUL! This was sooo good, I served it with curried couscous (#670013) and a tomato salad (#35624) and DH and I both gave the meal 10 stars! I cut the chicken into long strips, marinated it overnight and cooked it on my health grill. This will be a summer favourite, such beautiful flavours and so easy to prepare. Thank you very much Mirj!

Tried this last weekend and the family loved it. Next time, I will use smaller pieces of chicken so the marinade goes through more intently. I made this with a split pea dal and couscous. Nice exotic meal! Thanks for sharing!

I made this on a week day. Marinated it in the morning. I followed the recipe exactly, but left out the parsley because I can't eat it. I squeezed some lemon juice over the top before grilling and it was fantastic. Very tasty, a must try!!!
