I put the chicken in the brine and allowed to it sit overnight and several hours the next day. Put it in the oven and it baked up wonderful moist. Brining does really infuse the bird with lots of wonderful flavor. Served this with a brown rice pilaf and Garlic Snow Peas Garlic Snow Peas. Thanks Sharon for posting.

Sharon this chicken turned out so moist and delicious, I made th brine as stated only I added in fresh garlic cloves, the drippings were so good, I love this thank you for sharing I look forward to making it again soon!
