I used my crock pot instead of baking in the oven. I poured the salsa over the chicken and cooked on high for 3-4 hours. It was the best chicken dish my family ever had. They all raved about it and I loved it because it was so easy and so WW legal!! I served the chicken over brown rice and topped it with the sour cream.

I was very pleased with this meal. I liked to mix the salsa and sour cream together with the chicken. Very tasty! Would recommend. Could serve with mexican rice for a side. Thanks for the recipe!

I do this recipe in a crockpot. I put frozen boneless/skinless breasts in crockpot, sprinkling each with taco seasoning, then pour the salsa over and let it cook. When the chicken is done, i just stir the ff sour cream into the sauce and serve over rice. It is fabulous and very good for Weight Watchers.

Very tasty and quick dish! We used flour tortillas as our bread with it and black beans for our vegetable. I loved the ease of clean up as well as the taste. Thank you for sharing.

What a great tasting low-fat and easy to make recipe. When DH saw "Weight Watchers" in the recipe title, he was, um, skeptical. But one taste and he just snarfed it down and couldn't say enough good about it! I used medium salsa and added some thinly sliced green onion to the sour cream. Thanks for posting - this is a keeper.

This is a keeper if you're watching calories. It's quick enough to put together for lunch, and yummy enough that the whole family will like it! I did pound the chicken (not only is it more tender when pounded, but it makes your portion look bigger!!!). I'm making up a big batch - you can eat over spinach, or with any veggie (spaghetti squash would be good), or you can slice it and have in a wrap or over a salad... I will make this lots. Thank you for posting this!

I just started WW & was kind of nervous about preparing healthy meals that taste great.Well as my hubby says :"this one is a keeper". I followed the instructions for the crockpot. We have used the chicken in low carb tortillas & sometimes on top of a salad. I even used some of the leftover chicken as a filling for a mexican omellete! Thanks so much for sharing.

This was WONDERFUL! I just started weight watchers and was worried I wouldn't find anything that tasted great for dinner. I was wrong. The chicken was wonderful. My husband even liked it and he was a little worried when he saw the word "weight watchers" on the recipe. I cut the chicken into bite size pieces first and then served it all over brown rice.

This is delicious! Loved the flavor; so easy to put together. Next time I plan on mixing the sour cream & salsa & pouring it over the chicken as it bakes, instead of at the end. Served with some canned corn & a green salad. I don't do Weight Watchers they sure have some wonderful recipes! Thanks for the idea of making "soft tacos" of this by cutting it up & using it in some tortillas; hubby will enjoy it more!
