Easy and delicious! I added chopped onion when I brown the beef. The chips don't get soggy, they stay crisp. This would be great to double and take to a potluck. The whole family loved this. Thanx for sharing this recipe; I'll make it again.

This was tasty, and ridiculously easy to make (even easier than tacos). I liked the fact everything was pre-cooked, and only required melting of the cheese in the oven. Such a snap to put together.

Made Dh sooo happy with this. I used ground turkey, fat free refried beans, chipotle mango salsa and Taco Seasoning Homemade Taco Seasoning Mix. I left the chips out of the casserole, using them to dip.

This was terrific! My DH ate half. Unfortunately my picky grandson said it was "too spicy." He is only 6, and he doesn't like tex mex food yet. I used a taco seasoning recipe from zaar, #25449 and omitted the black olives (personal preferance). It went together in about 20 minutes, I ended up baking it about 30 minutes. Will make this again. Thanks for a great recipe, leilani. Sue

This was pretty good! Hubby thought it was very good but I thought it needed something...didn't know what...so I added some sour cream on top [after serving] and it was a lot better that way. I will make this again because it has all the ingredients that I love in it!! It doesn't reheat very good because the corn chips turn to mush. So maybe the next time I will add the corn chips to the top of each serving also. The rest of the dish reheated very nicely. All in all it was a good cassarole.

Husband really liked it. I thought it was so-so. Would be better with some sour cream but I forgot to buy some. Easy and cheap meal.

This was WAY too salty. Next time I will skip the chips at the bottom and just use this as a dip or taco filler. I would also suggest salt-free refried beans or low-sodium taco seasoning. I liked the texture and even though I'm only giving it 2 stars, I thought it has great potential.

I made this last night and it was delicious. However, we found it a little rich and heavy for dinner. Next time I will make it as a hot dip for company and I will serve it with Tortilla Chips. If it was under appetizers/dips I would give it 5 stars.

What a find! This is almost infinitely variable--you can add sauteed onions, go for sharp cheddar, substitute ground turkey for a lighter version or sauteed veggies for a vegetarian version, etc. This is going to become a regular at our house. And yes, the chips do stay crunchy!
