I scaled this down to serve one, I have a cappucino maker so this was relatively easy for me to make. A nice blend of flavours, one I'm sure I'll be making more of when summer gets here. Would be evenm better with some whipped cream & a little ice-cream. Made for ZWT III.

I cut the recipe to one serving. I used coffee from the coffee maker. I added a tad bit more sugar. I thought it would need more, but I like it fine enough to have it just like this again. I love the hint of cinnamon and chocolate. Thank you LoriInIndiana!

With no half and half cream in the house, I stirred together non-dairy coffee creamer and 2% milk as a substitute. It worked like a charm in this very nice chocolatey-cinnamon-y coffee drink ~ Thanks for posting!

This is Ice Coffee with a special touch. We drink decaf coffee and I had to try this recipe. Can't ever get Iced coffee in the coffee shops because they make it with the real thing.I only put 1/4 cup Nesquick.I made this for WT3. Thanks for posting. Rita

This was a first try for me at making a coffeee based drink and I found it quite strong possibly due to the type of ground coffee I used so I increased sugar and syrup with great success .It was most enjoyable except it is mid winter here and you just don't feel the same having an icy drink as you do when it is sweltering hot so I will do it again in a few months time when I can sit out side in the sun and make the most of it - made for ZWT3 - thankyou to LoriinIndiana.

Wonderful iced coffee! I had some coffee left from breakfast so I used that after it cooled. Hershey's chocolate syrup was much better tasting in this drink than the store brand syrup. If you love coffee, you will love this! (Made and reviewed for Pick A Chef 2007)
