These were unbelievably easy to make. Hubby couldn't stop eating them. I used bigger bisquits as someone else suggested, They were the "flaky" kind. Since there were only 8 in a tube and I had 12 to make, I ended up splitting four of them in half. The ones that I split up actually turned out better then the ones where I used the whole biscuit. (The large biscuits came out undercooked on the bottoms. I put them back in the oven for an extra 10 minutes, and they were still doughy.) I recommend NOT using a bigger, thicker biscuit.

I added some mixed veggies for a more traditional pot pie vibe. Everyone was wild about them. I am adding this to my regular recipe rotation, they are excellent for our Weight Watchers way of eating while still being something my son really loved, too.

Tasty, easy, and cheesy. I used a 10 oz. can of biscuits so they'd be a little bigger and easier to press into shape, and was able to get two batches of these in the oven in no time. My only complaint is that they came out really salty, probably from the cream of chicken soup.

YUM! As I started to make dinner, I realized I didn't have any chicken thawed, let alone cooked. I used one cup already prepared chicken strips (fajita) and I microwaved them to thaw them out. Because they were already seasoned I didn't add any more spices to this. I also added a small can of carrots. I also added a sprinkle of french fried onions to the top. I pre-baked the biscuits for about 4 minutes and then used a spoon to push the biscuit better into the cup. Baked for about 15 minutes and let them sit for about 5, and dinner was served. Will definitely make again!

I made these for dinner and followed what coconutcream did, I doubled everything though and used two rolls of 10 oz biscuits. I patted them flat and put them in greased muffin cups and hardly any clean up. I used regular soup though. These were wonderful, The family loved them and definately will make them again. Made a salad and angel hair chicken pasta for a side dish with it. Thank you so much for a wonderful recipe. They were really good..

Great recipe! The bigger biscuits worked the best, and I also added some frozen vegetables. Easy to make and everyone loved them! =)

Great recipe....loved by the entire family. Soooo easy to make (I love that). I only made a couple of changes to the recipe. I used whole wheat biscuits and I added a can of mixed vegetables. I just felt like a chicken pot pie biscuit needed veggies.

I changed the ingredients, but basically the same "biscuit cups' idea, I made a chicken taco recipe ... it was very very very good. I dont think it matters how creative you get with this... you cant go wrong. Next I will try frank and beans... maybe even spiced chopped apples (apple biscuits cups) YUMMM good... Like I said you cant go wrong.. Enjoy!!

This recipe is so easy to make and everybody loved it! I will make a little extra "gravy" next time because my husband is a sopper. (he loves to sop) This is a great meal that is filling and not bad for you. I will also try to use the low sodium soup next time to see how that turns out. Clean up was a breeze.
