I love recipes that take the ordinary and make them extraordinary. This recipe was no exception. I have made them twice, once using frozen and once using potato wedges and both times were a hit! They are also good with fresh Basil. Thanks KelBel

Followed this excatly except for making 2 servings. Very tasty, garlicky fries! Burp... Will make often!

Another winner from KelBel. Really easy to put together and went great with baked chicken and snap peas. Loved all the crispy garlic bits.

What a special and easy treat! Great garlic flavor and the parmesan adds that something extra special. Thanks!

As KelBel says, these are 'sinfully delicious', and what a plus that they are relatively low in fat. That means that they can be more than an occasional indulgence! And no one - except perhaps another Zaar member! - will even guess they were so easy to make! I used garlic salt and added some fresh thyme and dried oregano with the parsley and cheese in step 4. I'll be making these again, and no doubt playing around with adding whatever herbs take my whim on other occasions. Thank you so much for sharing this fantastically easy and flavoursome recipe!

These were much better than the regular old french fries! I enjoyed the garlicky taste and the Parmesan cheese! Yum! Thanks!

Very easy and very tasty - elevates the humble fry to a whole new level.
Good thing I only made a little bit because these were really addictive! I skipped the salt in the first part and then added sea salt and freshly ground black pepper with the parmesan cheese. Thanks so much for posting!

Yummy! We loved these. A great way to doctor up frozen french fries to make them edible.

These were enjoyed in our house. I skipped the first step. I just sprayed the pan with cooking spray and started baking without coating the fries in oil. I added a small amount of seasoning salt midway through and then added a touch of cooking spray again before I added the garlic, parsley and parmesan cheese. This cuts down on the fat content a bit and made the fries a bit crispier, which is how we like them. I will definitely make these again. Thanks for posting!
