These were the easiest I have made. I always shred my own cabbage so I took advantage of buying the already shredded kind. I did grind my own pork loins up with my Kitchenaid attachment. I also added alittle sesame oil. They turned out GREAT! Thanks for sharing this easy recipe.

This filling was wonderful! Needed to be drained before adding spices, but great flavor!

The eggrolls were excellent! My family and I loved them. I plan to make them again, but may brush them with vegetable oil and bake. Thanks for sharing, LadyMysT!

These were excellent. I used a roll of Bob Evans spicey breakfast sausage as that is what I had on hand cooked that and added it to the slaw mix as I like my veggies a little crispie. I also added a can of water chestnuts to the filling. I filled the eggrolls and baked them in the oven to save a few calories and served them with my home made hot pepper jelly which I heated to become a sauce. I brought them to bunco and got rave reviews. Thank you for the quick and easy recipe.

I only had ground beef and celery on hand so that is what I used. I also baked them. Very good!

These were much better than that in restaurants. Very easy to make. I added 1 shredded carrot for color. Guests loved them.

Exellent everybody even the kids loved it. The only thing I would change would be adding a little teryiaki sauce, that is just for my taste not to take away from the recipe
