Very good. Have used this recipe twice; once with chops, once with chicken thighs. Vinegar on hand was balsamic, and couldn't help but to toss in sliced onions.

I just made these chops. My husband and I loved them. We substituted spicy ketchup for regular and they were awesome. A definite 'make again'!I had cut down the portion size to 2 and they were ready in 1 hour and 20 minutes.

This is a great recipie that i have had before. My friends recipie calls for a slice of onion on each pork chop while baking. I( highly recomend this to everone. Great flavor & so moist

This recipe covered 8 pork chops...It was so good! The flavor was excellent, and the meat was so tender! I had two whole ones myself, and everyone agreed that it was very good. It was in the oven for about an hour and 45 minutes. With the extra sauce, I added some corn starch to thicken it up and served it as a gravy for those who wanted it. Anyways, this was a great way to have pork chops (so simple too!) We will be having this again! Thanks for sharing!

very easy and fast. I used dark mustard instead of yellow and it gave it a little more of a kick

Very, Very Good! I only used half the water and the chops were very tender and tasty. My hubby actually commented that this was the first time I made pork that he didn't want to slather in BBQ sauce!

Loved, loved, loved this recipe. My husband doesn't even like ketchup cooked on anything and he ate two pork chops. This is very easy and so good. My only wish that I would have reduced the water to 1/2 cup because the sauce had lost alot of its flavor after cooking. Next time I will try chili sauce instead of ketchup. But the recipe is great as is. Oh, I did use creamy dijon mustard because it's all I had.

You have my vote, Sharlene-W! This is a winner! Super-duper easy to put together, and the taste is Heavenly. We really enjoyed. I followed your directions right down the line. I see no reason to change anything. Thanks a bunch for sharing. Laudee C.

What a great dish. Added a little of tabasco sauce. Definitely a keeper. My two year old ate at much as I did.

I had very thin pork chops, so I cut the amount in half.As well as since I had my oven at 375 (i was making brown rice to go with) I only cooked them for 45 minutes, I could have probably cooked them less though. They were very tasty and moist. And I was a bit hesitant becuase I dislike BBQ sauce but this didnt taste like BBQ sauce at all.To me it tastes more like the sauce on porcupine balls(if anyone knows what that is).My family loved it and this recipe is a definetly a keeper.
