I'm a bit surprised, but these we're actually very, very good! I was looking for a ground chicken burger recipe with just a few ingredients (not much of a kitchen currently; house is being built and we're stuck in temp-housing), and this fit the bill. I was skeptical, but pleasantly surprised! There was a ton of flavor and the meat was very moist. I did add a bit of chopped red onion for extra flavor, and put extra bbq sauce right on the bun. We pan-fried, not grilled, but I imagine they'd be even tastier on the grill. I don't usually try recipes that others haven't reviewed before (hence my giving most recipes five stars, since they've all been raved about and there's little risk involved), and I assumed this would probably be a three or four star, but I'm pleased to be able to give it all five. Easy, delicious, healthy...you've got to love it!

These were nice and juicy and very flavourful burgers! I made these during my Once A Month Cooking blitz by shaping the patties and flash freezing them on a cookie sheet until firm. I then transfered them to a labeled ziploc bag and threw them into the freezer. To serve, it's a little past BBQ season here, so I put them on a cookie sheet and broiled them until they were heated through and they were great! I served these with french fries and we enjoyed the "summer time" meal long after summer ended

Made these with ground turkey, spread additional sauce on while I was grilling, also put extra cheese on top before serving. These were a hit after my daughter sent me this recipe and told me how much they liked it. I agree and am sure we will have these many times this summer!

So simple, yet so delicious! My husband and I enjoyed these. My supermarket doesn't carry ground chicken, so I just used some chicken tenders and chopped them in the food processor (using the pulse feature). Thanks for posting!

I agree! Simple but REALLY good. I've tried a few ground chicken burger recipes, but this was the first we all raved about.I used monterey jack for the cheese, because I had it on hand, but otherwise kept it the same. We had them on kaiser rolls with a slice of tomato and mozzarella cheese. Yum! Thanks.

Stupendous! This was a hit w/my fam. and very easy to make as well! I used Colby Jack Cheese in lieu of Mozarella (didn't have any on hand) and threw the burgers on the grill - they were so moist and flavorful! Served them on buns w/green leaf lettuce, tomatoes and fresh avacado slices along w/mayonnaise and stonegrd. mustard...yum...

Huh! How on EARTH did something so simple, taste SO DARNED GOOD?! I doubled the mozzarella and used Bull's Eye original BBQ sauce. Served them on split/toasted ciabatta rolls with a little ketchup & mustard on the bread, then dip in extra BBQ sauce. HOLY COW! This was FAB-O! Thanks so very much.

This was EXCELLENT! The cheese makes a sort of outter layer that helps them stay moist. I added about 1T of the BBQ sauce to the meat mixture and lots of fresh herbs. I do recommend using ground chicken or turkey that is more coarse. I find most ground turkey at the store is like a mushy paste. I used chicken and it had an excellent texture and really celebrated the chicken rather than being a beef substitute. It was all around easy and a nice change of pace from regular hamburgers.
