I made as directed. This is a very refreshing summer salad that I enjoyed in March! Fresh Basil would be fabulous in this. I used lowfat mayo and suggest to cut back on it. There was plenty unless you like extra creaminess. Thanks!

Yummy! I made this to bring to a weekly football get together that we have at my best friends house. Everyone loved it. And it doesn't get much easier than this! I used both cumin and dill weed to season, and it came out delicious and flavorful. I also used reduced fat mayo, so it probably wasn't as creamy as it would have been with regular mayo, but it was delicious and no one seemed to mind! Thanks so much for posting this!

Hubby just came in from the garden with a big tomato & I was here on Zaar checking out corn recipes. I had just saved this one to my cookbook so I threw this together with some fresh roasted corn kernals I had left over in the fridge. Wow! I put dill in mine and basil in my husband's. We loved it. I mixed fat free mayo with Dukes brand real stuff, and used a little less than called for. I will use even less next time. This is great!

I made this for a large potluck dinner using (2) 32 ounce bags of frozen corn that I defrosted, 1 pint of grape tomatoes quartered, 1 bunch of green onions and about 1 2/3 cups of mayo. I went a little crazy with the seasonings adding fresh dill and lots of flat leaf parsley as well as a generous amount of cumin and black pepper. Everyone loved it and I had none left in the bowl. Will definitely make this recipe again! Thanks for sharing!

Good Recipe. I found that it is tastier when you use 1 1/2 cans of corn.

Fantastic recipe I made it with lowfat mayo and basilusing the tiny white corn instead of yellow corn. I'll use a bit less mayo next time, otherwise, really a keeper that takes less than 5 minutes to make.

My sister made this for our 4th of July party tonight after I had forwarded her the recipe. She had fresh roasted corn and this was very, very good. Thanks for sharing another great recipe!

I'm glad that I doubled this recipe; it's so simple and so good! I used frozen thawed corn, and used the optional basil. It's a nice unique side dish/salad. I will make this often this summer as a cool side to bbq'd grilled meats. Thanx for this recipe!
