This is the recipe I have used for years to make Russian Fudge & it's always perfect. I just made some last night actually! This makes a lovely gift too. Either way, it never lasts long round here! THE perfect fudge!

MMM! This has a fantastic "milky" flavour. It is divine! I HATE making boiled fudge but I would go through it again in a second for this recipe! This is wonderful! Thanks for posting!

great recipe it tastes best with just a teaspoon of vanilia extract (add vanilia after taking it off the heat). Also beat for four minutes with an electric beater. Great recipe though, my mum and brother loved it ♥

Made this with a pile of crystallized brown sugar I found in our cupboard - it was definitely the best fudge I've ever made, and everyone adored it.

Awesome recipe, my partner makes this, he uses a bit of white & brown sugar for his liking but everything else was from your recipe. Thanks! I've added some pics for you.
