Your corn fritters were a different style than the cornbread type I normally prepare. I really liked the fluffiness in yours. They were light and almost pancake like in texture. Very addictive! I did add parsley flakes and a few minced onions. I served with sweet chili sauce and onion jam. I will make these again.

Wonderful! So easy to prepare too! I added a LOT of pepper and they had such a nice bite to them. It worked so well with the sweetness of the creamed corn. My fiance hates creamed corn but he ate these! That says a lot for this great versatile recipe! These will be made again and often.

These were delicious! My 7 year old daughter LOVED them. They were easy to make. I definantly had to add some more oil after the first two batches. With just a little salt...PERFECT!!!

Thanks these were great. I served them with clam chowder. I used half flour and half wheat germ as we are trying to increases our fiber and added a squirt of hot sauce.

These were very nice, but slightly bland. I had them with a fairly bland main dish, and that might have been the problem. Next time, I'll have them with a BBQ chop, or something spicier. Still, I enjoyed them.

These were so easy to make for a quick Sunday dinner. I also put a splash of sweet chilli sauce in the batter to give it abit of kick - worked a treat. Thanks for sharing, I'll be making them again.

We so loved these sweetcorn fritters! Light and fluffy and a snitch to prepare. I didn't use all the cream corn as I felt it may have been too sloppy! It worked out perfect! We enjoyed these fritters with bacon and egg!! Thank you for sharing this recipe.

These were ok. but pretty bland. I think I would try a little finely chopped onion or some diced green chili (or maybe both ) to the corn batter. I will make again but tweak to our taste. Thanks for sharing.
