Loved it. I've made it several times and I actually use frozen spinach. This change makes it super inexpensive and makes a perfect healthy meal straight from the pantry with no need for fresh ingredients, which is why it is always my fall back meal for when we dont have time to go grocery shopping. (also many times I've not used the cheese and it still tastes wonderful) Thanks!

This pasta is amazing! I wasn't sure how much flavor I'd get out of only 5 ingredients, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I used mini penne and only used about 4 oz spinach due to personal taste. I also used soy parmesan in place of the romano and only used about 1/4 cup. This came out creamier than I expected and the flavors paired together perfectly. This is one I plan on making to impress company!

We eat this on a regular basis as a quick easy dinner. I saute some green pepper and onion before adding the tomatoes.

So easy and quick, but surprisingly tasty too. I made half the recipe with an entire can of beans and a 6 ounce package of baby spinach. Instead of romano cheese I used asiago which was what I had on hand. I also added a sprinkling of garlic powder (to keep it easy) and some black pepper. Was not sure if I should have rinsed the beans or added them undrained, so I just poured off half the liquid. Next time I will rinse them:D Thank you Bunny Mom and keep walking!

I just made this tonight and I had to rush to the computer to say how much I loved it! I made it with whole wheat Penne. I made a few additions like minced garlic, choppped onions and fresh mushrooms! Yummy and low in fat pinch me I must be dreaming! Thank you!

This is such a great recipe. It is quick, nutricious and cheap! Best of all, it tastes really good--my husband and son loved it. I didn't add as much spinach as called for as I only had about half a bag but I thought it was plenty. I also used whole wheat pasta to increase the fiber in our diets. This will be made frequently at our house because I usually have all the ingredients on hand. Thanks for posting Ms*Bindy!

This dish is quick and easy, but completely tasteless. I would definitely recommend adding some onion, garlic, and italian seasonings to the sauce. My canned tomatoes were seasoned, but it just wasn't enough flavor.

This is what I call "crazy good". I used whole grain pasta and Muir Glen Organic Diced Tomatoes (Basil & Garlic). I used Grate-It-Fresh Parmesan Cheese and also sprinkled some fresh basil leaves on top. It tasted like I brought it home from a fancy italian restaurant. This is happy, healthy comfort food. Thank you so much for this one Ms*Bindy !

This recipe was very easy to make using ingredients already on-hand. I pre-cooked frozen asparagus because I didn't have spinach. This was a satisfying dish on its own. Thanks for posting!
