These are wonderful biscuits! Moist and light, just like buttermilk biscuits made with wheat flour.

Great biscuits! Quick to prepare! Had these with a beef & winter veggie stew tonite. Enjoyed by all - especially nice as one of our family requires gluten-free foods.

Finally! I got to have some biscuits
This is a very quick and easy recipe and my husband and I really enjoyed them. I used the brown rice flour substitute for the starches, and it worked great. We used these to make egg/meat/cheese sandwiches for a quick dinner. Thanks for sharing!

Seriously perfect gluten free biscuits! I followed the instructions exactly and made Traditional Biscuits N' Gravy (W/Sausage - Gluten Free). I make 4 large biscuits so they take about 16-20 minutes to cook. TIME SAVER: Measure the dry ingredients into individual baggies and store in your pantry for later use. Then simply add butter & milk! NO FOOD PROCESSOR: Using a pastry cutter or 2 knives to thoroughly cut in the butter works just fine.

I was amazed at this biscuit, it really has that doughy yummy KFC texture and flavor. Who wouldathunkit could have been done without gluey white flour! If you have a gluten allergy and ever get a little depressed about it, make these and you'll start smiling again. I doubt they're low calorie though, but that is part of the charm of this kind of biscuit.

Yum Yum Yum! I loved these! They tasted just like the wheat containing tea biscuits that my mom always used to make me for breakfast. I cut them in half spread alittle butter on them and sprinkled them with powdered sugar...YUMMM!!! Thanks for a WONDERFUL gluten free recipe!

these were amazing! they DID remind me of those kfc biscuits! I used 1 cup brown rice flour & 1/4 cup cornstarch. Perfect amount for a big country breakfast for two. once i tried to make these without the xanthan gum, though, and it was a disaster- so please don't make that mistake like i did
