Ok. I'm trying to not be so liberal with my 5 star ratings, but this is the best quinoa that i've ever had, and I've made LOTS and LOTS of quinoa. This is just filled with delicious flavour. Yum! I left out the cheese and I added some finely chopped mushrooms to the mix as well. Thanks!

I have never managed to like quinoa, despite many attempts. This recipe has made a convert out of me. Make sure to rinse the quinoa as directed...thi sis crucial. Thanks very much for posting!

This is a fantastic quinoa recipe; basic, simple, and delicious. I've followed it exactly as written, and also with variations on the theme. Every dish has been excellent! It is a very hearty tasting grain when toasted, and is sure to please all types of palates, from the 'meat & potatoes' to the vegans, and everybody in between.

This is a great recipe! It is flavorful and crunchy. I substituted Inca Red quinoa and romano cheese for a little more zip and it was outstanding - will definitely make again.

This is a great recipe. I made it with a regular tomatoe, frozen spinach, and substituted the parmigiano cheese for Feta. I will definately be making this one again.

Loved this! Toasting the quinoa first was really key. Dh hasn't had quinoa before and he was oooohing and aaaahing all through dinner. He said he wants it twice a week now. It's great because I get it really cheap in bulk at the health food store....shhhh...not many people know about this so it's not over priced!

Thanks for making my first Quinoa try a fabulous success! I served it with Lemon Pepper Rotisserie Chicken from the market so I used chicken broth instead of the water. My boyfriend thought it was fantastic and asked that I make this again-soon!

Delicious. Came out perfect. The combination of the cheeses, the spinach, the walnuts and tomatoes is not only sophisticated enough to serve at a party, but tastes wonderful!
