We loved this recipe! The only thing I did different was I cut the peppers into strips and sauteed them rather than actually stuffing the peppers. It's just a preference.

This was very good. I have made stuffed peppers before but they were stuffed with ground meat, rice and veggies...I enjoyed these more. Adding more meat gave more of a fuller feeling when I was done eating them. And the cheese adds nice flavor

Stuffed peppers don't like me but Dh adores them and constantly pleads for them. He gives this recipe an A+. more than 5* review. He particularly liked the fact that it didn't contain any rice, just mostly meat and cheese. Apparently the meat and cheese made him unconscious of the added vegetables - always a good thing. Great recipe,Laurie.

Very good version of stuffed peppers, I didn't mix cheese into the mix but I think next time I will. Thanks you!

My sweetie made these one night, but he used ground beef, and canned spaghetti sauce, which we had on hand. They were delicious, and a real keeper recipe! The filling and sauce were VERY tasty! A bit higher in carbs than I like, but oh-so-worth it! Thanks for a real WINNER!

This is a great recipe! I did not have the canned tomatos, so substituted fresh diced tomatos and a little canned tomato sauce. Yummy and pretty to look at.

Fabulous!!! I was getting really tired of salads. I used ground chicken, added some taco seasoning and a can of spicy rotel tomatoes. Yay, new SBD recipe!
