I LOVE garlic & this is very good! I added some sausage & escarole for a change.

This was heavenly and not very difficult to do. I found the bread dissolved into the soup enough that I did not have to puree.Good garlic flavour!!

Wonderful! It tastes gourmet, and is so simple to prepare. I think this would be great topped with some fresh chives or green onion. It made a great beginning to our pasta. I followed the directions exactly but for one thing, I added a few hearty shakes of crushed red pepper. I just couldn't help it. Wasn't even too hot as a result. Thanks!

This soup is F-A-B-U-L-O-U-S. Had the "leftovers" 2 days later and it was even more fabulous. I suggest you make a double batch, it is just that good.

This soup is excellent, and so easy on your budget.I found that I did not need or want to puree my soup, the bread was soft and fresh and when I added it in, the texture was like little soft dumplings, and I loved that! Ate some and froze the rest in quart bags for later enjoyment.

A group of us had this 2 years ago at a dinner meeting and it was St,Patricks Day so we tinted it light green.Very easy and tasty.

I'll add my 5 stars to this wonderful, creamy, flavorful soup. It was so easy to put together too. I used Ciabatta Bread that I had made last weekend and didn't blend the soup smooth, but other than that made just as written. Just wonderful. DH and I scarfed this down in one setting. Thanks MG for sharing

10 stars in my books for superb flavor, simple and cheap ingredients, easy preparation and for the fact that it's fairly good for you, too.
