This is easy, elegant and delicious. I am going to try the sauce on other veggies.

Nice delicate sauce. I used frozen mixed vegetables because they were the only frozen vegetables that I had. The family gave their stamp of approval.

I found this recipe looking for something to do with peas - glad I tried this one. Easy to make and very tasty. Will use this recipe often.

Very good! Hubby says it's a big step up from the canned, boiled and buttered peas of his childhood. I didn't have redwine vinager, so I used a mixture of balsamic and tarragon vinagers instead. Also added a little lime juice, butter and white wine to tie it in with the main dish. Served it with Lime Tilapia and garlic bread. I'm going to try this on broccoli next time!

I have the 'Companies Coming for Christmas' cookbook and must have missed seeing this recipe. The sauce is really good, a little sweet a little sour, but a lot tasty! Thanks Bergy for another great one. =)

Scaled this down to four servings and the results were so good, two of us finished the pot. My one mistake was that I did not carefully drain the peas and the extra liquid broke the sauce a bit. I simmered a minute or so and that helped. Loved the vinegar mustard combination against the sweetness of the peas. Thanks Bergy!

Nice change for regular peas! I might double the sauce next time, to add more flavor.

I'm HATE leaving negative reviews but this was not good. I'm not sure what I was expecting but I think the combination of ingredients (especially the vinegar) overpowered the delicate peas. I normally love things with stronger flavors but this just didn't work for me. Sorry.

This was really good. I didn't have the red wine vinegar so I simply used red cooking wine. Tasting it straight out of the pot didn't have me much impressed but when I put it on the peas, and mixed it up, the taste was spectacular! My hubby is NOT a veggie eater and I have to force him to eat them, but not this time. He devoured them! Thanks for a great way to serve peas.

Very nice. Served these with pork chops and boiled rice.
