Good basic omelete. I put it in a glass bowl with a lid (since it said it needed to be covered) and loved how quickly it was done. I ate this with a fruit smoothie and some homemade raisin bread for a great start to my morning!

Delicious!!! I made this as a lunch and chowed down. There's no way the nutrition facts are right for it, though with no fat 0.2 fat and 51 cals, but I didn't rely on them. Thanks for the idea!

I had never had an omelet made with only egg whites before. It wasn't as fluffy as a whole egg omelet, but the method of cooking it was great - fast easy and only one dirty plate to clean!

This was ok, but it stuck badly to the plate, another time I would veggie spray the place. Sorry but it also was kind of rubbery, maybe my microwave is hotter or something, I will try it for just 1 1/2 minutes next time and a couple of seconds to melt the cheese. Thanks for a good idea!

i personally think that this recipe would go better if cooked over the stove. That's what i did, granted it was my first time cooking an omelette, and it turned out pretty well
