This looked so pretty and tasted wonderful on a salad of iceberg lettuce! I opted to leave out the anchovy paste. I halved the recipe with no problem. Thank you Uncle Bill!

This was very tasty on a simple salad - I am using the leftovers to coat boiled potatoes to go with tonights dinner! Thanks for posting!

DH and I loved this dressing! Haven't had green goddess since my college dorm days-takes me back a few years!!! Made exactly as written and wouldn't change a thing. Thank you, Uncle Bill, for a great recipe!!!
