Nice little shot of bourbon in every bite!!! These are a yummy one-bite dessert that are so rich and decadent! I rolled mine to the one inch size so I got exactly 21 balls. Plus, had plenty of vanilla wafers left to make more if needed. I tried rolling them in regular sugar, cocoa powder, and turbinado sugar. I ended up thinking that the turbinado sugar made the prettiest presentation! Thanks for posting this great Southern treat for the holidays!!

As I was mixing these up I kept getting a huge wif of bourbon. I was thinking okay I can drink a LITTLE bourbon but this is going to be way to strong for me. But then I tried one. That first taste was wow! Then it got smoother and better and smoother and better. After that I could have rolled one, eaten one, rolled one, eaten one...Very good! These are for Thanksgiving but I don't know if they are going to last that long.
