79 Reviews of Cream Cheese Delight

From: ntludu

OMG! This is to-die-for! My DH ate half the pan all by himself. I only had one roll of crescents so I halved the recipe and stuck it in an 8 X 8 square glass pan and they came out perfect! Crispy and crusty and totally yum. This is going in my keeper file!

I have been making these for years and they are always a hit. I have cut down on the sugar, used Splenda, used 1/3 fat cream cheese...whatever I have on hand...and we've never been disappointed. I pinch the rolls together to make a more solid crust. These are delicious.

Awesome!! This was incredibly rich and smooth tasting with a nice crisp sugar crust on top!! Delectable! I even added a little almond extract to my cream cheese filling - delish!! Thank you for such an unbelieveably easy recipe with an out-of-this world taste!!

This was great, everyone loved it. I used 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup of brown sugar in the filling as I didn't have enough white sugar. Also, I had no trouble at all with the crust separating, it fit just right in the 9X13 pan, too.

Awesome! Tastes like a sweet cream cheese danish. I halved the recipe and it turned out great.

Thanks for a delicious, easy recipe! I halved it and made it in an 8x8" pan, as another reviewer suggested. I also used the low-fat cream cheese and crescent roll dough, as was suggested in the recipe. I omitted the butter and patted the sugar (only used half of the recommended amount) and cinnamon mixture directly into the top layer of crescent dough. It was great this way!

This is wonderful. I made a half batch and as another reviewer said, it fits perfectly in an 8 inch square pan. I did not melt the butter, but spread some on with a knife and then sprinkled the cinnamon and sugar. I used low fat cream cheese and I do not think it effected the flavour at all. Thanks for the recipe.

This has got to be one of the best desserts I've ever tried (DH agreed). The only thing I will do different next time is to use 3/4 stick of butter, instead of a full one, as it was a little too buttery - thanks for posting this!

Wonderful! This recipe was so simple to make and was delicious, Even my BF who isn't a huge fan of anything sweet loved it, he finished 1/2 of the pan! I also cut down on the sugar and it was more than sweet enough, also did not use a full half cup of butter and it was fine. I think that this recipe would also be good with fruit fillings or cut up small for a square...
