These were so good and very easy to make. I got 48 cookies instead of the 24 and they turned out great! My husband loved these so much he wanted me to make more so he could take them to work! Thanks!

These were good and easy. Nice for the kids to help with. Rolo's were one of my favorite candies growing up. Now i have a use for them expect just eating.

I made a double batch of these for the teachers at school. They were delicious right out of the oven, all gooey and yummy! They weren't quite as good after they cooled. A nice change up from your typical cookie. I have also made a similar recipe with peanut butter in the middle and I've heard about making these with sugar cookie dough and sprinkling with cinnamon and sugar. Overall, a nice cookie. Thanks!

These are great! I didn't roll in the nuts as my daughter doesn't like nuts. I used 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup butter flavored crisco. YUMMY! Thank you!

These were great. I decided to make them this year as part of my Christmas baking. They came out perfectly. I couldn't find Rolos in the store (yeah I know weird eh? I've seen them before) anyway so instead I used Riesen and they came out just fine. They're not as round as Rolos but yield a good result. They're a little like turtles since they've got caramel, pecans and chocolate. Very good! Thanks for sharing.

These are delicious, and make a good sized batch of cookies - I got 39 large cookies - We loved the gooey caramel in the middle. I haven't waited long enough to see what the caramel is like when it sets up a bit, but I'm sure it will be every bit as delicious!

These are a great cookie. I've made them several times, and everybody loves them. The best part is to watch unsuspecting people take the first bite of the carmel. It makes the cookie.

I made these for the holidays and they were a big hit with everybody. I overcooked the first batch, it was hard to tell when done because of the dark color, so just pay attention to the time instead of trying to base it on the look! Second batch was perfect, and the surprise filling was loved by all!
