SO good. Mine turned out perfect the first time. I didn't have any fluff, so I used 2 1/4 C mini marshmallows, and 2 tsp. light corn syrup melted together insted. SO SO good...just try it!

Awesome fudge! Made it just this morning using a whole 11 oz bag of white chocolate chips and kept out the pecans due to personal taste. This is going to be great in the CHRISTmas baskets! Thanks, JulieS!

This fudge is AMAZING ~ I'm so glad that I chose it as part of my Christmas goodie platter for 2006! Since I did not have rum extract, I used 1 1/2 teaspoons rum + 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. And I omitted the nuts. So that the fudge would not stick, I lined my 9x9" pan with Reynolds Release non-stick aluminum foil which I still buttered a teeny bit. The fudge set up quickly and well then I just inverted the entire panful onto a cutting board, peeled off the foil, and cut up the delectable little squares of white chocolate eggnog heaven. Thanks for sharing your mother's awesome recipe!

Very good fudge. Mine turned out perfect I boiled for 8 minutes on medium heat. I used light eggnog and omitted the nuts and used dark rum. I used a 8 inch pan. Very pleased with the end result and will be making this again.

This is a keeper!! I used white almond bark instead of milk chocolate. I should never have made it! I can't keep my hands out of it! I didn't have any rum extract so I used vanilla rum instead. Next time I will leave out the pecans. It was very easy to make. The only problem I had (besides making a pig out of myself with it) is that it stuck like heck to my pan. I thought I had buttered the pan enough, but I guess not.

We had Thanksgiving dinner 2006 at our neighbor's house, and I made this to surprise our hostess. It was a big hit, as it was at my work the next day, when I took some in! Thanks for the recipe! PS: Zaney1 sang the praises of this recipe so loud and long...I just had to try it! Not to mention that it sounded good in the first place! :D

Lovely fudge and so easy! Used Horizon lowfat organic eggnog, my favorite, and a bag of white chocolate chips. Great combination of white chocolate and eggnog flavors. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

This was fantastic! Th eonly change was that I used White Almond Bark and it got too thick too fast, so I put some extra eggnog to make it more liquid. Also no nuts. All the eggnog lovers at our Christmas party raved about it. Definately a keeper.
