Well I made 6 pancakes, I chopped more onion than a cup, I cut them in little triangles and 3 of us devoured these things! and wanted more, this is hands down my favourite new taste treat! I will probably make these so often I will get sick of them! My son who swears if he eats an onion of any kind will drop dead before me, ate his fair share, I had to force him to take the first bite, but once he did he didn't stop, which was a bit depressing because I could have eaten his share! 5 stars? no more like 10 if you ask me.

I made this as part of the Cooking the Elves tribute, and I am so glad I found this simple and yummy recipe. No won ton wrappers in this country, so I used cigar wrappers (the dough used to make Moroccan meat-stuffed cigars). It worked like a dream and we love this little part of Chinese-Moroccan fusion cuisine!

I served these as an appetizer for a chinese dinner party we hosted this week. I cut each pancake in half and drizzled with a blend of rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Everyone really enjoyed them. I will make these crunchy treats again. Thanks Gay.

Gay, I was looking in the thread for "Cooking the Elves," saw this recipe someone was planning to make. I thought it sounded good, made it for lunch, and WOW AM I EVER happy I looked in that thread! These are fantastic! I think you could even entertain with these. I did not use sesame oil to make them more waist-friendly, and I also fried them in PAM. Thank you very much for posting this!

So simple, yet so good. We had guests for the weekend and their daughter took over making these pancakes. We served them with a plum sauce, but we thought just about any sauce would be great. Thanks!

Very good and easy to make. I also made some larger ones with egg roll wrappers. I served with a dip made with cream cheese, soy & more green onions.

Ta-da! I've just gained 5 more pounds! :o| Next step is figuring out how to mainline these so I can continue to enjoy them in my sleep. Thanks, Gay! I think!

These are perfect! I used wonton wrappers and dipped into commercial sweet chili and Thai peanut sauces. These are so incredibly easy to make with inexpensive ingredients; I'll be taking them to every party as well as making them often for myself. Thanks for a wonderful treat.
