Zuri this is a really wonderful recipe!! I followed the instructions (adding a diced onion to the bacon) and then put the mixture into four individual souffle dishes. I reduced the cooking time to 30 minutes.They looked and tasted great!! I really liked them unmoulded on the plate...a stunning looking vegetable side dish that is easy to make. A definite make again recipe!!!
