This was a pretty good side dish. I will definitely add more corn (I only used 2 cups), salt, and pepper if I make it again, though!

I made this for a family gathering and everyone loved it! It was much better than just plain corn!

This was the best corn dish I have ever tasted. My kids were even going back for seconds. Now that is amazing. Thanks April!

My husband and I liked this, but it did turn out differently than I expected, perhaps because I used the lesser amounts of both milk and corn. It was a little too eggy, which I'm sure would be corrected if you used the 3 cups of corn instead of 2. Nice taste; made the frozen corn taste very fresh.

I served this for Thanksgiving and my guest loved it. I used can milk and garnished the top [after baking] with slices of tomatoes. A very simple recipe with great results.

A bit bland for my liking, however I may try it again and add some chilli and coriander.

This was good, but a little bland for my taste as well. I was thinking it might be good on Mexican night with minced jalapeno. Also that a topping might liven it up. I'll bet it's entirely kid-friendly as is, so that's a definite plus. I think it's a very good recipe and that it would lend itself well to a variety of additions to give it a little punch or savory.

I loved this! I did cut back on the eggs. I only used 2. My husband loves corn and loved how this came out. Thanks! April!

definitely use closer to 3 cups corn. If you use canned corn, make sure it is well-drained. I also add about 1/2 tsp of nutmeg to the recipe. Gives it a little dash of color and spice.

Thought we would try this for a change to regular corn. Sorry, we didn't care for this too much. Not giving stars so not to interfere with ratings.
