Very good chicken! I made the recipe as posted except that I grilled mine. I used drumsticks and the flavor was very good. This is an easy recipe that brings back the flavor of the Islands. Thanks for posting!

I used boneless skinless chicken breasts and grilled them after a couple hours of marinating. This was some of the best Huli Huli chicken we have had and I think I will marinate for a full 24 hours next time. I will definitely be making this all summer long for our big BBQ's. THANKS!

This was fantastic! We used the chicken stock option. Thanks for the super recipe! Even the picky eater kids ate them; that alone makes this worth 5 stars!
