Great sauce! I served these with sushi, sushimi and tuna skewers and sake. Awesome combo. I did skip the salt part, boiled for 3 minutes, rinsed with cold water, then placed beans in sauce and retrieved them with chopsticks. Thanks for posting just what I was looking for.
