23 Reviews of Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu Pockets

From: Chez Stoeckel

On Jan 13, 2008

I made these with left over chicken, ham, mozarella (had it on hand) and soem with a few mushrooms. I only had one can of crescent rolls, so I used flaky, buttermilk biscuits for the others. All were eaten with gusto! You bet! Definitely going to make this again.

These were so good, even the second day. I also enjoyed the fact that they were super easy and cheap to make. Definite keeper!

This was a great idea for a quick Saturday afternoon lunch!!! I didn't have ham...so i did not use it...HOWEVER...I cooked my chicken with a splash of soy sauce, and because i didn't have ham, I added 4 different types of cheeses...Mozzarella, A Mexican cheese blend, Parmesan cheese, and swiss cheese! It was absolutely wonderful!! Great Flavor!! Thank you for the recipe!!

These were great! I used about 3/4 cup swiss cheese, about 1/4 shredded Parmesan, and 3 little wedges of light garlic and herb cheese. I will surely be making these again!

I love these! Super easy. I didn't have any eggs so I just lightly sprayed with spray oil and it worked just fine. Thanks!

These were awesome! Easy, as the title says, and doesn't require a lot of ingredients! I used canned chicken and ham as I did not have any leftovers on hand. Thanks Karen!

I cooked the chicken breast in greek seasoning and it turned out great. I will be making these often. It went really well with Steamed Asparagus With Walnuts and Browned Butter Sauce (Steamed Asparagus With Walnuts and Browned Butter Sauce) and Baked Tomatoes With Garlic (Tomates'a La Provencale) (Baked Tomatoes With Garlic). I also made the angel lush cake (Pineapple Angel Lush). I was able to do all of this and take care of a 4 month old in less than 1 1/2 hours.
