Wonderful tasting way to prepare mushrooms. I simmered mine on the stovetop for about 10 minutes and they turned out great. Thanks Hope for another great recipe.

    Love these! I used red onions diced and added some oregano. Baked at 350 degrees for 45 minutes along with chicken. They were still firm and lemony and garlicy. Thanks!

    I made one serving of this, I could eat a lot of servings! Somehow I managed to miss the olive oil and parsley! But it was good even without, although I drizzled with a little melted butter after cooking. Since my oven was on 450 I just stuck these in there for about 10 minutes. Great recipe, thanks!

    Mmmmm....lemon and garlic, how can you go wrong?? I served this with grilled steaks for a delicious addition to my meal. Thanks for posting another great recipe Mama!

    MMMmm! Only thing I do differently is place the green onions in the foil packets the last minute of cooking. This would be wonderful at a vegetarian BBQ. Used cremini. All favorite ingredients of mine!

    This deserved more than 5 stars! Awesome way to serve mushrooms! Loved them, and will be making them again and again. These go well with anything, served with BBQ Chicken, and they were delish! Thank you for sharing. Mmmmm ~V

    One word for you mama. YUM!! We loved these mushrooms! They went perfect with grilled T-bones. But I think that they will go well with anything!!Made for Zaar World Tour.I've said it before, and I'll say it again, I would eat at mama's kitchen any day!!
