I absolutely loved the flavor!! My crock cooks really fast, so next time I will cook them about one or two hours less. These chops were so tender. I made extra sauce to serve over the rice. Wonderful! I will be making these again!

Made this last night... It was absolutely delicious... Hubby LOVED the sauce on mashed potatoes. I only wish it made more sauce. Next time I'll double the entire recipe.

So delicious! I used thick boneless chops and they were dark on the outside and tender/juicy on the inside (perfect). We like our sauce a bit on the sticky side so I tripled the brown sugar and added a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1/3 cup water to the sauce. Great flavors! Next time i am going to add some ginger the the sauce as well. Lovely recipe! So easy and So good! Thanks mama!

I made these just as described with the 6 hour slow cooking time. The chops were exquisitely tender and the sauce was quite good. I did use reduced sodium soy sauce and even with that, the 1:1 ratio of soy sauce to wine was a bit salty for my taste but I'm sure that's just because the doctor has me on a very low-salt diet and I've become accustomed to relative unsalty fare. I'm sure that for people on a normal diet it would seem just right. I liked it quite a bit even so, but next time I will probably increase the wine a bit and reduce the soy sauce. I served it with rice so that the sauce could be spooned over the rice and it was quite good that way. Later I cut the leftover chop up (I could do it with just the side of a fork!) mixed it with the rice and sauce and added some leftover cooked broccoli and grated ginger, re-heated on the stove and had a great second dinner.

These were really good. I used "boneless country pork ribs". The ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found it to be a bit salty. I used low-sodium soy sauce, but think I will use 1/8 cup next time. We shredded the pork and topped with sauce and shredded cheese. I told the boys it was chicken, and they ate it. Boy were they mad when I told them it was "pork chops" after they were done!

My husband and I loved these pork chops. It is so nice to be able to put dinner in the crock pot and not worry about it. They were so moist and tender. I will definetly be cooking this recipe again... but I might leave out the crushed red pepper

These were delicious pork chops. I'm always looking for new ways to fix pork chops and especially in a crock pot. These came out so tender and moist. I will be making these a lot! Thanks, mama's kitchen.

These were great pork chops! They were easy, smelled great while they were cooking, and we loved the leftovers!

Couldn't be much easier! I used 1" thick boneless loin chops and added a little extra brown sugar. They were juicy and tender. Thanx for sharing. I'll make pork chops this way again.
