Delicious! I made mine with minced onion, minced garlic and, since you’d suggested it, I just couldn’t resist adding some cumin– about 1/2 teaspoon – which I find so often adds just the right amount of oomph to many recipes. Everyone loved these KITTENCAL, so I’ll be making them again! Thanks!

Made this with the cinnamon cumin cayenne combination and added a pinch of ginger to tie it into menu items. everyone liked it Particularly the kidlet.

I did not like these at all. It took a lot of effort to peel and grate the potatoes and I couldn't even eat these when cooked. I used onion and garlic and cut back on the egg as suggested by one reviewer. They took a really long time to cook up and they tasted awful.

Excellent! I omitted the onion cause I'm not a huge fan and it still came out delicious. When they were finished I sprinkled a little cinnamon on them. Next time, I'm going to try using egg white instead of eggs to reduce that egg taste to it.
