Thanks so much for this recipe, I found it while browsing and just looking at it brought back memories of my last trip to Thailand. Just made it for dinner (with chicken, will try with pork next time!), FABULOUS! For those who think the tablespoon of peppercorns is ridiculous take my word for it, give it a go!

This is amazing! I made this for lunch for a friend and we couldn't get over how good it was! Totally as good as our usual takeaway. Thanks!

Fast- Quick- Easy to prepare didn't need as much liquid, added chili paste. This is definitely a keeper. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Wow, I love thai food and this came out really good! Delicious! I can't stop eating it.. thank you VERY much and I hope to try some of your other thai recipes! Edit: I just tried this with ground pork instead, and by doing so 1tbsp is a LOT of pepper.. it was very spicy and I'm the only one in the house who can take it this hot. I recommend cutting it to 1 -2 tsp of pepper if you are using ground pork.

Wow! There's a party in my mouth! I subbed sriracha sauce for the fresh chilies (allergies) but otherwise made per recipe. Thanks so much for sharing - this was delicious!

Totally fabulous! I used a bit more pork loin and fish sauce. The peppercorn flavor put it over the top. I wasn't sure about the chili peppers, I used two small red hot peppers and minced them. The heat was perfect. Thank you for this recipe, a definite keeper.

Wonderful recipe, thanks for sharing. Great aroma and flavor... went well with an icy cold Singha!
