I had to try this after trying your pepper pork recipe. This was so good too! I couldn't find thai basil either so I used regular basil and a little mint. Thanks!

    Yum, very easy and very good! I didn't have thai chile or basil, so I had to use jalapenos and regular basil instead. I hope to try it again with the real ingredients when I have the chance. Still very good I think... thanks!!

    Fantastic! I upped the ground pork to about 400g leaving the remaining ing. the same with great results. Served over steamed basmati rice and stir fried vege it made for a marvelous meal.
