46 Reviews of Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

From: Chef #357102

On Sep 27, 2006

This was a great recipe for pork chops. Mine turned out very tender, but a little overcooked. Next time, I won't cook for 6 hours, only 4-5. But, this is definitely a keeper. Thanks!

This is the BEST!!! The pork chops came out very tender and flavorful. The sauce is OUTSTANDING. The only problem is I gave my mother some of this so hubby and I didn't get enough. I will be making this again next week. Thanks for sharing this great recipe, NoCookDonna.

This was SO delicious. I used boneless sirloin pork chops, doubled the sauce and threw in some small Yukon Gold potatoes. Just to make sure the chops didn't overcook I put them in the crock pot frozen and cooked them on low for 8 hours. They were moist and fall apart tender and the sauce was fabulous.

This was very easy and very good!! I used low sodium soy sauce and doubled the garlic. Since my pork chops were 1/2 inch thick I only cooked them for 4 1/2 hours on medium/low and they turned out just fine. Anymore cooking time and they would of been overcooked. I really liked the sauce and I served it on rice. Next time I'll make more sauce. Thanks!

Excellent recipe! Because another reviewer mentioned this was salty, I didn't add any salt. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly. The chops end dark brown all the way through & just melt in your mouth.

SO-OOO unbelievably SALTY! Tasty nonetheless; my husband LOVED it which explains the 4 stars. I will try this one again and try with Low-Sodium Soy Sauce. Thanks for submitting it!

I made this recipe today. My family loved it! Next time I would use a less salt soy sauce. YUM! YUM! YUM!

Great recipe to throw together in a snap. I actually used frozen porkchops and cooked it on high for a few hours. Smelled great cooking and tasted even better. Served it with rice. YUMMY!

WOW - This recipe was amazing. I found out that the in-laws and out-of-state relatives were coming for dinner and the only thing in the freezer was pork chops. I partially thawed them out and found this recipe. They were a huge hit! Eveyone wanted the recipe. I used low sodium soy sauce. So easy with a great flavor.

This was excellent! My son loved it and can't wait till I make more. I use only half the soy sauce, cause that was all I had. I also used garlic powder instead of cloves. I forgot to rate this and feared I lost the recipe.
