50 Reviews of Grilled Chicken Breast With Barbecue Glaze

From: WildCook

On Nov 11, 2007

I made this tonight and it was awesome! I was worried about having hot mayo, but I guess there was no need. I also only had an hour to marinate but it was still pretty good. I didn't have any honey on hand so I substituted the same amount with brown sugar. I also used chicken drumsticks and cooked in the oven at 350 for about 50 min. Thank you for posting this. I will definetly make this again.

I really enjoyed this chicken. I pounded the chicken breasts flat so that they would cook evenly. I cooked them on my stove top grill pan. I will definitely make this again.

This is a great chicken recipe! I was also a bit worried about the mayo but no need, it was a very good marinade. DH put these on the grill and we had a wonderful supper.

This chicken was so moist and flavorful. I marinated it overnight and baked it in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 and then broiled it for a little over 5 minutes. I ran out of honey but used honey barbeque sauce. Thanks Jodie!

Reduced the recipe to 1 breast, baked it and finished it under the broiler - total time 25 minutes. This is a tasty easy recipe, you can make it as spicey or as mild as you like by using different BBQ sauces. I am glad that I found this recipe Fairy Nuff

My husband is not a chicken fan, but he had seconds (and thirds) from this recipe! It was very tender and had a wonderful flavor. It took about 20-25 minutes to cook...

All that sugar has a tendency to burn easily so just watch them carefully on the grill. I pound the breasts to an equal thickness and marinate in a zippered bag.

Perfect as is! DELICIOUS! We used boneless skinless chicken breasts and they were perfect, moist and tender! I also used ground ginger instead of fresh. I'll use this over and over from now on

This was so yummy and very easy to make. I tasted the marinate before I added the chicken and loved it at the stage, so I put away a small amount of marinate to use as dipping sauce after the chicken was cooked. Marinated for three hours, then cooked on a hot BBQ and the aroma wafted to the neighbours. Yum! Thank you Fairy Nuff for your contribution to the Australia and New Zealand Food Trail (W)
