Wonderful spuds! I added in a bit of brown sugar to try and appeal to my kids. It worked on one of them!
Thanks Mama!

I love sweet potatoes and this is a great way to make them. I just cut my sweet potatoes into quarters as you indicated, but then cut each quarter into wedges. I added a little pepper too. Thanks!

Really good....we did these on the grill on a cookie sheet. Next time I think I will make larger wedges out of the potatoes. Thanks!

I have never been much a fan of sweet potatoes but I liked these! They were just spicy enough to tingle but not too much to hurt. A nice and healthy alternative to fries. Made for ZWT4.

These are a wonderful treat any time! I had no cajun seasoning mix on hand which turned out to be a good thing. I was able to substitute Cajun Seasoning Mix and make these combined recipes my entry in the African Spice It Up Challenge, ZWT$.

I love sweet potato fries. Here in the state of Michigan they are served at a great many restaurants and vary in quality. I liked the cajun spice on these and I like the idea of low fat. Made for ZWT4.

My family liked these with a bit of extra cajun seasoning. As suggested, the best ones were the fattest slices. Thanks for sharing.
