Great salad! Very simple tasting ingredients in the salad ,but it needs to be with the POP from that fabulous dressing. We were thinking that chunks of avacado would be outstanding added to the mix! Thanks so much Kate for posting this!

This was excellent. Next time, I'll be adding sliced radishes and grape tomatoes for colour and flavour. Sliced bits of mango would be a very good addition too.

This was a good salad but lacked flavor for us. If I make this one again, I'd use less oil and more seasoning. I love cilantro but the flavor just didn't come through for us. Thank you for posting.

I absolutly loved the dressing, but the salad needed more. I added slices of red/yellow/orange bell pepper for color. I did not include the celery. The dressing was EXCELLENT. Everyone at our meal, loved it. I added more cilantro and onion to the dressing as well as balsamic vinegar. I did alot of tasting and adding more cider vinegar or olive oil. But the next day I used the dressing as a marinade for salmon, it was great and then I also used the dressing in a sandwich. Really simple, but so many uses for this delightful dressing. Thank you!!

Really liked this and will make again. I did make some modifications that we really enjoyed. First we added some avocado pices to the salad. Yum. The salad is VERY green, so for a little color, we topped with a Pebre/Pico de Gallo. I got the romaine fresh from my garden and wasn't going to soak the romaine in the ice bath...but I did, and I'm glad I did, it added a bit of crispness to the lettuce which was nice. Another winning recipe!

I made this again for the World Tour II, and I'm increasing my rating. This time I left the onion out of the dressing and put some green onion slices in with the greens. I liked it so much better this way.

A great simple and so tasty salad. Its the first time that I used fresh cilantro, and I just loved it! So healthy and tasty! Another keeper from Kate!

This was really easy and fresh tasting. I have to admit though that as I was making this salad just for myself, I didn't want to be washing the food processor after making the dressing, so just chopped everything and whisked it together.
