This is a nice recipe. Only 1 small change that I made was that I REPLACED THE dried orange zest with a tsp. of orange essence that I added to the pan containing the milk and choc chips.

This was very good, though I had to substitute liquid vanilla for the vanilla powder when making. Made for Comfort Cafe, January 2009. Thanks Mirj.
