This was absolutely delicious! Good old-fashioned, stick to the ribs kind of food. I found the noodles in the frozen food section of Wal-mart, could not find them anywhere else. This recipe was worth the hunt for the noodles! I added more beef broth to the recipe as I like my noodle dishes with extra gravy, and this also meant of course that I had to increase the cornstarch. I served this with roasted asparagus #50847 and a salad. I will definitely be making this again.

Used Crock Pot. Used Blade steak , it was soso good the flavor and smell was out of this world. the leftovers were great. Will be making again soon. Didn't do corn starch and water in crockpot, still turned out good.

Oh, Kelly!!!! This is the most wonderful beef and noodles I've ever tasted (other than my own Sherry Beef)!!!!! Honestly!!!! I used stew meat because it's what I had on-hand, and I had to use wide egg noodles because I didn't have any thick Reames noodles at the moment...But the smell in the house while it was cooking just seemed to "draw" kids and neighbors around!!! And the flavor was so very savory and perfect! I didn't even have time to take a picture, because all of my kids and 2 of their friends "hijacked" the pots and totally gobbled everything up!!! I got 1 helping, and I went back for more! Absolutely exquisite, and a DEFINITE KEEPER in my house!!! Thank you so much for posting this!!! Wish I could give it MORE than 5 stars!!!

Oh my gosh this is one of those dishes If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Our 20 year old wouldn't stay out of the pot while it was cooking. Dh and our youngest ate before they went to a game and they both kept saying how good it was. This is going to be a regular in our household. I have been so lucky with your recipe's. Our family has loved everyone I have tried.. I didn't add mushrooms only because I am outnumbered but will put some in my dish. I used extra broth and 2 and a half bags of noodles. Our son even said he wants it after his game tomorrow, a first Thank you soo much kelly for another hit...

I prepared this recipe on Sunday for a quick after work dinner on Monday. I cut the recipe in half and followed the recipe exactly with the exception of not cooking the noodles till right before dinner and added them at that time. This is absolutley wonderful. The beef was so tasty and the beefy sauce coated the noodles beautifully. Luckily for me this made enough for 2 meals and we will be able to enjoy the left overs. Thank you!

Excellent and easy! The whole house smelled good while this was cooking, and when I warmed up the leftovers in the microwave, I had some envious coworkers sniffing around my lunch!

I used reduced sodium broth and soup mix, as the sodium in this dish is real high. and I used button mushrooms. The beef was so flavorful and delicious and smelled so good when it was cooking. It was loved by everyone eating and it was gone in one meal with 7 of us eating it. All 7 give it 5 stars! Thanks!

I was worried I would have a huge amount of this left over as it sure makes alot...but everyone wanted to take a bowl home so it was gone in a flash...definently a five star recipe

Yum, Yum! My husband and I LOVED this! The house smelled so good, I could hardly wait for dinner! I divided the recipe into thirds for the two of us, and I still have some left for him for lunch. This is definately a keeper! Thank you so much for sharing!
