Great! I've been making them this way for years. My mom always loaded her potato salad up with lots of maple flavored bacon, so I tried adding it to my deviled eggs and it was wonderful, so it's the only way we will eat them now. I also add a bit of garlic salt and onion salt.

These are so, so good---love the addition of bacon! I used dill pickle relish, rather than sweet (just personal preference), otherwise, pretty well followed this fantastic recipe. Thanks, Caroline, for another delicious way to devil eggs.

Fantastic deviled eggs, DH loved them. The only thing I did different was to add 1 1/2 tablespoon of dill pickle relish and 1 1/2 tablespoons of sweet. The bacon is a really nice addition. I even enjoyed the yolk mixture on a half piece of bread.
Made and reviewed for PAC - Fall 2008.

I made them to take over to a friend's place and everyone just loved them! I used Miracle Whip salad dressing, and added in a pinch of garlic powder, great deviled egg recipe Caroline, thanks so much for sharing...Kitten

Excellent. Loved the addition of the bacon (but I love bacon) I made this as is but left out the butter. Just didn't think it was needed. Thanks again.

I think we forgot to put in the salt and pepper, but otherwise followed the recipe. These were a hit at our family's Easter dinner. I wouldn't bother with any other recipe. I think these would be great at BBQ's too.

I really liked these, as as another review had done, I used dill relish as I do not care for sweet relish in my deviled eggs. Great flavor. Thanks for posting.

I made these and they were the best! I will change the old way I used to make them. My family LOVED them. The only thing was I used Dill Relish and a tiny bit of garlic salt. Thanks so much!!!

I'm almost afraid to make these to take anywhere because I'm not sure that any would actually leave my house!I made egg salad this first time because I wanted to try them but was too lazy to mess with deviled eggs. It was all I could do not to just sit down and eat the whole thing right away. Super, super , super recipe!
